Each tutoring sessions will be for the duration of 45 mins. A full refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 48 hours before appointment or if a family member has to go into quarantine or is awaiting a test result due to COVID. For cancellations with under 48 hours notice, it will be upto Bertie's Tutoring Service discretion whether a refund is received.
